Fore The Culture Golf Co. (“Fore The Culture,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when you use the Fore The Culture mobile application and related services.
When you create and use a Fore The Culture account, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, profile information, profile photo, golf skill level, preferences, and other information you choose to add to your profile.
We may also collect information necessary to provide app functionality, including approximate or precise location when you grant permission. Location may be used to help show nearby golf courses, golf rounds, and other location-based features.
If you choose to upload a profile photo or other permitted content, the app may access photos or the camera only when you initiate that action and grant the appropriate permission.
We may collect technical information related to your use of the app, such as device information, app performance, crash information, and interactions with app features.

Create and maintain user accounts and profiles.
Connect golfers and provide social and matchmaking features.
Display nearby golf courses, rounds, and relevant location-based information.
Enable users to create, discover, request to join, and participate in golf rounds.

Process and manage premium subscription features.
Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the app.
Communicate with users regarding the service.
Fore The Culture may request access to your device location to provide location-based features, including showing nearby golf courses and golf-related opportunities. Location access is subject to your device permissions and can be changed through your device settings.
Fore The Culture may allow you to select or take a photo for your profile or other supported app features. Access occurs only when you choose to use these features and grant permission.
Premium subscriptions may be processed through the applicable app marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment information is processed by the applicable marketplace or payment provider according to its own privacy practices. Fore The Culture does not directly receive your full payment card information from those marketplace transactions.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the app. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Information that you intentionally make visible through your profile or social features may be visible to other Fore The Culture users.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with the service. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information, subject to information we may be legally required or permitted to retain.
Fore The Culture is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can manage certain permissions, including location, camera, and photo access, through your device settings. You may also choose what information you provide through your Fore The Culture profile.
